Parents may visit the school by telephoning the School Secretary to make an appointment. Teachers may not be consulted when classes are in session.
Parents, families and carers are invited to Parental Consultation Meetings and Open/Display Evenings held during the year. Parents/carers are welcomed to request a meeting with Class or Specialist Teachers, at any time, to discuss issues relevant to their child's welfare and education.
Parents and families are warmly welcomed to attend all School Assemblies, Masses and Liturgies. In addition, we are delighted when parents and families can join us for such special occasions as School Productions, Carol Services and musical/instrumental recitals.
Parents are kept aware of what is happening in the school in a weekly newsletter, as well as letters sent home, relating to specific class-related issues, etc. The Calendar section of this website lists forthcoming events and the News section highlights a sample of activities. At the end of the year a comprehensive newsletter summarising the year's events, etc. is shared with our families.
All parents are invited to become Members of the School. The Board of Trustees, who are all parents or ex parents of the School, hold an Annual General Meeting with Members to discuss the financial status, current projects and future development of the school.
