CURRICULUM EVENING

We are pleased to invite all of our families to attend a curriculum evening today.

This will provide an important opportunity for parents and carers to visit their child/children's new classes and to meet their new teachers. Children are also invited to attend but will be the responsibility of their parents and must stay with you at all times.

The school will open for families from 3.15pm to 5.00pm

Class teachers will be giving a short presentation and overview of the school year ahead. This will include: curriculum, routines, trips, homework expectations, timetables google classroom, uniform, 11+ preparation and secondary schools (for Years 5 and 6)

There will be two presentations per class; one at 3.20pm and another at 4.00pma, to hopefully allow for all families the flexibility to attend

Parents will also have the opportunity to speak to teachers individually and ask any questions they might have. Specialist teachers will be attending and we invite you to visit their classrooms as well to find out more about the learning and experiences planned for the year ahead.

We look forward to seeing you. If you are unable to attend, staff will be passing on any essential information via their google classroom, and you are as always, welcome to make an appointment at a mutually convenient time.
