YEAR 1 AND 2 MARSH FARM TRIP

The Year 1 and 2 pupils and staff will be travelling by coach to Marsh Farm in South Woodham Ferrers.

They will leave school at 9.10am 

The children will need to come dressed in their PE Kit with trainers so they are comfortable and can move easily during the day. Please apply sun cream prior to coming into school and ensure child has a sun hat.

Children will need a packed lunch for this trip in a small backpack with a drink. They will not need any spending money.

They will take part in a 'Dinosaur Adventure Tour' and step back in time to where dinosaurs roamed the Earth. The children will get their hands dirty with fossil digging, clamber over prehistoric boulders, and come face-to-face with awe-inspiring dinosaurs of all shapes and sizes. The children will also enjoy hands-on farmyard activities on offer, such as feeding the alpacas, pigs and goats along with meeting our furry friends including rabbits, ferrets and guinea pigs.

These activities will support the work they have done during their science topics this year. 

They will aim to return to school by 3pm for normal pick up time. If they are any later, the office will let you know.
