Absence Request Form
Regular and punctual school attendance is essential and parents/carers have the legal responsibility for ensuring their child’s good attendance.
In accordance with government guidelines and legislation, the Headteacher may not grant any leave of absence during term time unless there are exceptional circumstances.
Permission for family holidays during term time will not be authorised.
